COVID-19 Safe Return to Dance

It is important to us that we can provide students, parents/guardians and teachers with a COVID safe environment.

The points below are a summary of our COVID plan, which has been based on current NSW Government health advice. The full COVID plan can be sighted at any time at the front desk. 

We are a COVID safe registered business and have completed the official “COVID safe checklist”.

Please note that the plan is subject to change without notice as state restrictions and health recommendations develop. 

• Hands to be sanitised on arrival (sanitiser will be provided at the front desk) 

• Soap will be provided in all the washrooms

• Child's name to be marked off the student roll on arrival (for contact tracing record)

• Parents/guardians that can drop off are encouraged to. Those that need to wait inside must practice social distancing

• We will follow the 4m2 rule inside the waiting area and the dance rooms

• Distancing dots will be laid down in the dance rooms to ensure the children are 

practicing social distancing

• Change rooms are limited to two persons at a time

• Communal areas will be disinfected regularly

• Classes will not exceed 20 students (as per health advice)

• Students are to wait in the waiting area to allow students from the previous class 

to exit - This will avoid congestion on the stairs and in the doorways 

• All teachers have completed the “Infection control course- COVID 19”
